The pool is mostly excavated, expected to be completed this week. They layout for the house foundation is under way. The form work for the slab is planned for next week, followed by excavation for footings.

After a week of rain, we finally got around to laying out the pool. Excavation starts next week!
Rough grading completed!
The vegetation is removed, the dirt is leveled. Next step is to get the layout done and start excavating.
And construction begins!
We have broken ground on 111 Lewa Lani. on Jan 17th, 2019. First order of business was to install construction dust fence around the property.
Below is the site plan and elevation drawings of the project, we are building a 3500 sf, 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bathroom home with swimming pool and spa.
